INPOWER will investigate ways to reduce the cost of waste and refuse removal from the property. As a combined responsibility to conserve the environment, INPOWER can recommend and assist with a waste minimization program at the property. This can include, but is not limited to, methods on reducing, reusing and recycling waste in an economical and environmentally sustainable manner.

INPOWER will consult with the Supply Authority on behalf of the Client with regards on matters regarding the refuse removal. INPOWER will ensure that the most beneficial tariff is applied to the body corporate, whether it is a bulk supply to the property or common area usage that is charged by a metering agent. This could result in significant saving in the cost of utilities, especially in electricity consumption, to the body corporate
