Intelligent & Pre Paid Metering
INPOWER is registered with Eskom as an electricity vendor. Prepaid meters are provided and installed by INPOWER. The prepaid electricity tokens can be purchased on INPOWER’s vending system using any of the following convenient ways:
- Internet – tokens can be purchased on the INPOWER website. The token can be viewed on screen, printed or sent via text message to any cell phone number.
This service is available for 24 hours, seven days a week.
- Cell Phone – electricity tokens can be purchased by sending a text message (sms) from a cell phone.
The electricity token is automatically generated and sent to the cell phone from which the request was made. This service is available for 24 hours, seven days a week.
- EasyPay Outlets – electricity tokens can also be purchased at any EasyPay outlet such as Pick n Pay, Checkers/Shoprite or any other outlet that displays the EasyPay sign.
Purchases will however be limited to the operational hours of the outlet.
